Mr. Dugal is an Associate at Paladin Capital Group. Prior to joining Paladin Capital in 2007, Mr. Dugal was an Analyst at RedShift Ventures in Washington, D.C., a technology venture capital firm. Mr. Dugal graduated Magna Cum Laude receiving his B.S. degree in Finance from the R. H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland - College Park, with a minor in Entrepreneurship. Mr. Dugal has also served as advisor to several high growth companies, and has worked in the technology industry in India.
