Mr. Maloney is a Founder, Managing Director
and Chief Compliance Officer at Paladin. He is
responsible for Paladin's business development and
client servicing activities, and has been instrumental
in securing the firm's current limited partner client
base encompassing many prestigious public, corporate and
institutional investors, spanning multiple funds with
more than $750 million in limited partner commitments.
Mr. Maloney also works closely with Paladin's portfolio
companies with particular emphasis on providing
strategic direction, and assists in identifying and
securing new business opportunities. He works
closely with the firm's principals to ensure the
appropriate monitoring of Paladin's portfolio companies
now totaling more than 30. He is also responsible
for all compliance-related activities at the firm. Mr. Maloney received his B.S. degree from Towson University in Towson, Maryland.
Mr. Maloney represents Paladin on the board of directors of Adapx, Inc.
