Mr. Yesayan is a Vice President at Paladin Capital Group, focused on Paladin’s alternative energy investments. Prior to joining Paladin Capital in 2009, Mr. Yesayan was Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at Pacific Ethanol, Inc., the largest West Coast-based marketer and producer of fuel ethanol. At Pacific Ethanol, Mr. Yesayan was part of the founding management team where he led the build-out of the company’s financial planning and risk management functions and played a key role in sourcing equity and debt financing for the company’s $500 million construction program. Mr. Yesayan also led the evaluation of M&A and investment opportunities in conventional and next generation biofuels as well as co-generation and logistics/infrastructure projects. Prior to Pacific Ethanol, Mr. Yesayan was a senior consultant at a Fresno, California-based advisory firm focused on M&A, turnaround, and restructuring services for middle market clients in agriculture, food processing, and manufacturing. Mr. Yesayan received his M.B.A. and B.S. degrees from California State University, Fresno.
Mr. Yesayan is actively involved in Paladin’s investments in VREC, PEA, and Renewable Energy Products.
