London, UK – 1 June 2023 – Paladin Capital Group, the multi-stage investor specialising in cyber and advanced technology, is pleased to announce the growth of its European investment team with the appointment of Joel-Oskar Raisanen as Vice President and Nidhi Satish as an Associate.

Joel-Oskar Raisanen will be responsible for sourcing, executing, and managing investments across Europe and joins Paladin from a global venture and growth fund GP Bullhound where he focused on enterprise software and deep tech investments across stages. Joel-Oskar started his career at Citigroup’s Technology, Media and Telecommunications team in London advising large technology companies with M&A and IPOs. He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Finance with a minor in Computer Science from Aalto University having also studied in Singapore and Boston.

Nidhi Satish became an Associate having successfully completed an internship at Paladin. She will identify, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities for the firm. Nidhi has a systems engineering background and has worked in AMD, where she spearheaded projects in developing next-generation processing systems. She has also worked at AWS and startups in operating roles. Nidhi has a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Oxford.
