Washington, D.C. – Paladin Capital Group, the multi-stage investor in cyber and advanced technology, is pleased to announce that information and cyber security professional Andrea Rigoni will join the firm’s Strategic Advisory Group (SAG), a team of experienced advisors specializing in security, government, and commercial markets to support the firm’s investment strategy and portfolio companies.
Rigoni is an international authority in digital security with experience leading cyber transformations for governments, international organizations, and highly-regulated industries. Rigoni is the Founder and Managing Director of Altirium, a European strategic advisory firm dedicated to readiness and advanced resilience, helping governments, regulators, and critical infrastructure operators turn hybrid cyber and AI-driven risks into strategic advantage by integrating governance, risk, and technology into a single decision support model.
He previously worked as Managing Director at Accenture, where he was global head of Healthcare and Public Services for Accenture Security and as a Senior Partner at Deloitte, leading Global Government and Public Services Security business.

Rigoni played a key role in strengthening Italy’s cybersecurity forces in his role as Digital Security Advisor to the Italian Prime Minister’s Office, where he co-authored Italy’s first National Cybersecurity Strategy. He has supported nations such as Ukraine, Rwanda, and Jordan through projects managed by NATO’s Emerging Security Challenges Division.

Rigoni has also authored two NATO reference texts which focus on next-generation cyber defense. La República listed him amongst Italy’s 50 most influential cybersecurity figures in 2021.
