Mr. Clute is an Associate at Paladin Capital Group and a member of Paladin’s investment team, which is focused on driving new opportunities for the firm’s portfolio. Tom’s primary responsibilities include identifying, assessing, and executing on compelling investment targets. He joined the firm in 2010 as an Analyst.
Mr. Steed is a Managing Director at Paladin Capital Group. Prior to joining Paladin in 2008, Mr. Steed was a Client Associate with Merrill Lynch’s Private Banking and Investment Group (PBIG), the ultra-high-net-worth division of its Private Client Group, where he worked with the KKM Team, Merrill’s preeminent and largest team with assets under management exceeding $11.5 billion. Mr. Steed holds his Series 7, Series 66, and Series 79 certifications and is licensed and registered as a General Securities Representative and an Investment Banking Representative with FINRA.
Dr. Conley leads new investments for the firm while serving as an active Director on many of Paladin’s portfolio company Boards. Paul joined the Paladin team after more than 15 years of previous R&D and entrepreneurial experience. As founding CEO of BrightScale, he led the commercialization of a patented multi-core microprocessor technology in the HDTV market.
