Lt. Gen. (Ret) Kenneth A. Minihan

Lieutenant General Ken Minihan is a Managing Director at Paladin. He retired from the U.S. Air Force on June 1, 1999, after more than 33 years of active commissioned service to the nation. On his final tour of duty he served as the 14th Director of the National Security Agency/Central Security Service, a combat support agency of the Department of Defense with military and civilian personnel stationed worldwide.

Mark Maloney

Mr. Maloney is a Founder and Managing Director at Paladin. He is an active member of the Investment Committee for all Paladin Funds. He is also the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Marketing Officer. His responsibilities include new business development, client servicing, fundraising and compliance related activities. Mr. Maloney works closely with Paladin’s portfolio companies with particular emphasis on providing strategic direction and assisting in identification of new business opportunities.

Michael Steed

Michael Steed is the Founder and Managing Partner, he also serves as Chairman of the Paladin Homeland Security Fund and Paladin III Investment Committees; he is also a member of the Paladin Capital Partners Fund Investment Committee. Mr. Steed provides management oversight of the firm’s operations and investments, and is responsible for the strategic direction of Paladin’s current and future activities. To date, he has completed over 125 direct, co-investment and fund investments during his career.
