Ms. Rainier is the Director of Investor Relations for Paladin Capital Group. Ms. Rainier is responsible for all facets of administration for Paladin’s private equity funds, including the dissemination of client specific information and client interface. Ms. Rainier assists the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer to ensure compliance with outside regulatory agencies, internal policies and procedures, and oversees the storage and maintenance of all pertinent books and records.
Mr. Maloney is a Founder and Managing Director at Paladin. He is an active member of the Investment Committee for all Paladin Funds. He is also the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Marketing Officer. His responsibilities include new business development, client servicing, fundraising and compliance related activities. Mr. Maloney works closely with Paladin’s portfolio companies with particular emphasis on providing strategic direction and assisting in identification of new business opportunities.
