R. James Woolsey, Chairman
The Honorable James Woolsey is the Chairman of Paladin’s Strategic Advisory Group. Mr. Woolsey served in the U.S. Government on five different occasions, where he held Presidential appointments in two Republican and two Democratic administrations, most recently (1993-95) as Director of Central Intelligence. During his 12 years of government service Mr. Woolsey served as Ambassador to the Negotiation on Conventional Armed Forces in Europe (CFE), Vienna, 1989–1991; Under Secretary of the Navy, 1977–1979; and General Counsel to the U.S. Senate Committee on Armed Services, 1970–1973. Mr. Cirigliano is currently the Vice President, Public Sector On Demand, Oracle Corporation. Mr. Cirigliano founded the Public Sector business in FY08 as a stand-alone business unit within the On Demand managed services business. In this role, he is responsible for the management of sales, operations and service delivery management personnel as well as P&L responsibility for the Public Sector On Demand business unit. Bran Ferren is a designer and technologist working in entertainment, product development, engineering, architecture and the sciences. He is former President of Research & Development and Creative Technology for Walt Disney Imagineering. Before that, he was the President of and Senior Designer for Associates & Ferren, which Disney acquired in 1993. The Honorable Francis J. Harvey

He was responsible for all matters relating to Army manpower, personnel, reserve affairs, installations, environmental issues, weapons systems and equipment acquisition, communications, and financial management, as well as an annual budget of $98.5 billion and over one million soldiers, personnel, and contractors.
